I knew the tune, but luckily I'm just young enough that I wouldn't have been able recall the name of the band.
Believe me I didn't "recall" it, I discovered it on YouTube. Looks like they were a one-hit wonder from '68.
it was "the anthem" of all the little hippie coffee shop/hang out places....and worthy of the one-hit wonder moniker!!
