I for one being a very active member of District Three am ecstatic to have Bruce Kraus as my councilman, and apparently so are a lot of people in District three, you know since he won.
I think the significance of Anon 10:35 comment is, how significant, weighty or lasting should we take ANY council members' mandate, when the number of votes they need to secure is in the extremely low four digits.
Of course, constitutionally and morally a majority is a majority, but how seriously do we need to take ANY such paltry claims to civic authority? Is what the suggestion is.
