Saturday: Quick Thoughts

1. The DPW overtime story: It is nothing. Cavort elsewhere.

2. Related to that: "People have asked me to look at the political field," is the new, "He continues to cooperate actively with authorities".

3. Podcamp 3 is today, and tomorrow, at the Art Institute.

4. The budget is going to be an issue. Not fooling.

5. The Comet welcomes its first sponsor: Pittsburgh Home Security: a website. I just noticed it offers a crime map. Discuss.

6. Oh! And job listings! Honestly, we were happy to just take the money, but we are pretty darned excited about this sponsor all of a sudden.

  3. Bram;

    DPW overtime story has become "something" to me....after Ravenstahl's comment regarding how "stealing" from the city "will not be tolerated".....yet people have been "stealing" city dollars from URA (another newspaper article regarding this just days ago) and continue to get URA money....WHY IS THAT TOLERATED??

    Also, Ravenstahl said he was considering "further punishment" in regards to Guy Costa's comments!?!?! Now he punishes those who make comments he does not like???? Who does he think he is???
