I hope all of you dems who didn't vote for Onorato because of ANYTHING related to Marcellus Shale are feeling happy with yourselves. If you think Corbett will be better, you're in for a tough few years here...

I'm wondering about that myself. I guess we'll see.
ReplyDeleteAgreed. Cutting the 17,000-car state vehicle fleet can only take Gov. Tommy Boy so far.
ReplyDeleteOnorato lost Allegheny County. Wonder what that means to his re-election campaign for County Executive?
Is he term limited?
ReplyDeleteYup, 2 terms and 8 yrs.
ReplyDeleteHe should move and run for Pittsburgh mayor.
ReplyDeleteHe live in the city already: he was a city councilman at one time.
ReplyDeleteEven better then.

ReplyDeleteCorbett looks like a chunky Frank Drebin (i.e. Leslie Nielsen in the Naked Gun), so we got that going for us.
ReplyDeleteCounty Exc. is limited to 3 terms not 2.
ReplyDeleteOh ... right, I thought 10:28 was asking about Corbett, but that makes a little more sense.
ReplyDeleteIt has been rumored that Dan-O is going to call it a career, but I dunno. I'd think it'd be hard to quit cold turkey.
Onorato is a little young to be retiring...
ReplyDeleteShould have said, "from public office".
ReplyDeleteEven so, I'll believe it when I see it. Saw something yesterday about him running for Auditor General.
