Maybe now an investigation into the now defunct Uptown Community Action Group finances are in order. That is the community group which Tonya Payne headed before her council stint. The group has been defunct since, but several properties which the group owned have been sold in the meantime and many want to know where the proceeds went. Payne won't broach the subject.
May all elected officials and candidates who say, "I don't care about the Constitution" -- as Tonya Payne said in a city council meeting -- face a similar fate.
